Stuart to Bell by publio auction, as above — That valuable property known as tho WIROKINO SHRJ3P AND CATTLE STATION, Comprising Between 5800 and 5900 ACEES OF FREEHOLD LAND, Together with about OQAA ACRES OF LEASEHOLD, ter--WO'U'U' minating at the end of JB9O, of which about 1430 acres is available for occupation The proporty is well-situated in the fertile and progressive district of Manawatu, being within six miles of the Kereru Railway Station anil seven miles from Levin on tho Wellington-Manawatu Railway Line, and about three miles from Foxton. The improvements are good and substantial, tlio propel^ is well fenced, drained, and subdivided into 24 suitably-sized paddocks. It is well watored, and is sown with the best English grasses.
