CANADA'S POSTAL PROPOSALS
AN IMPERIAL CONFERENCE TO BE HELD. [PHESS ASSOCIATION.] London, 12th March. Mr. R. TV. Hanbury, financial Secretary to the Treasury, states that if Canada reduces the postal rates to 3 ceuts per ounce, her isolated action will prejudice the consideration of a uniform Imperial system. It is proposed to hold a conference in London to discuss the Imperial ratjes.
