At the inque?t at the Hospital yesterday ' afternoon touching the suicide of E. A. '' Hughes, who shot himself whilst being ' arrested for the theft of a bicycle, it came i out that in pawning Mr. Herbert's bicycle with Mr. M. Fruhauf the deceased gave his right name and address, and the pawnbroker ■ telephoned the particulars to the police at : once. The witnesses examined were Drs. ' Campbell, Uawson, and Ewart, Mrs. Hen- j demon, L. B. Hughes (brother of deceased), George Cuthbertson, and 11. G. Herbert. The jury, of which Mr. W. J.
