[PBISR ASSOCIATION.] London, 10th November. A duel which had been arranged between Sir Robert Peel and the Duke of Cerella, a Neapolitan noble, has been declared off. Sir Robert Peel apologised, having discovered that he had made a mistake in regard to the causes which led to the arrangement tor the duel.
