NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE GERMAN CREDITORS.
(Received October 23, 10 a.m.) Athens, 22nd October. M. Streit, the Greek Minister of Finance, is negotiating with the German bondholders for the settlement of their claims in connection with the revenue allotted^ for the war indemnity. He ha? offered them an annuity of 8,400,000 francs (£340,0L0).
