There are M 6 tons of Southern cargo going forward by the Westralia this afternoon. About 98 tons were Innded here, and 100 tons were taken on board Bud weather at Westport is again hampering the movements of shipping to-day. The Kawatiii and Orowaiti may get out this afternoon, but it is unlikely. No word has been received of the Mawhera's arrival at Westport, where she was to call for. a large number of passengers, nor has the Omapere, from Nelson, put in an appearance. There is also a heavy fresh in the Grey Kiver
