The annual meeting of the Masterton facing Club was held yesterday, the ittendance being larger than ever known in the history of the club. The balance-sheet showed the club to be in a strong financial position. Mr. A. W. Cave was re-elected President. Four Vice-Presidents were elected, • and the number of stewards was extended to 12. The appointment of Secretary, handicapper, &c, was left with the stewards.
The trustees of the assigned estate of 8. Kohn, jeweller, invite tenders in anothor column for the purchase of the stock, fittings, goodwill, plant, &o.
