Sib— Could nothing be done to compel the would-be C3'clists to keep the right side of the roads or itreets, to have their lamps alight after dark, and also to compel them to keep off the footpaths ? I would suggest that they all be numbered, and they would be brought to book without much trouble. Hoping an abler pen than mine will take the matter up, and thanking you for your valuable space, I am, &c, On the Footpath.
