ANOTHER MYSTERIOUS GRIME IN NEW SOUTH WALES.
» REWARDS OFFERED FOR INFORMATION. [PDESS ASSOCIATION.] Sydney, 2nd January. The Government has offered a reward of £25 for any information which will give satisfactory proof as to how Sydney Weston met his death, and if his death is found to be the remit of foul play then an additional £75 will be paid for a clue to the murderer. Weston's body was found in a hollow tree on the bank of the Darling, near Menindie, on 24th October. The crime bears some re semblance to the Butler murders.
