Tom Sullivan, late of New Zealand, retired from the contest, and Wray, the Australian, who accompanied Stanbury to England, was beaten in the third heat. Sullivan has now challenged the winner. . Wray lias challenged Harding to a contest for £200 a-side, to be rowed on the Thames course. __^____
