We learn that this trouble will not affect vessels trading to or in New Zealand. Practically what is asked for in Australia is, we are informed, ensured so far as this colony is concerned by the Shipping and Seamen's Act of last session; and in any case the Arbitration and Conciliation Act makes provision for the difliciilties which elsewhere are only to be met by menus of strikes.
