JAPANESE WARE.

One of the most interesting and attractive auction sales that have taken place tins year is to be held at Thomas's Hall on Thursday next, commencing at 11 o'clock. We refer to the Japanese curios and useful articles of evory-day use which are now catalogued, and of whioh the public are invited to inspect a display both to-morrow and the morning of tho sale. In addition to the descriptions already advertised, an important accession is to bo noted, viz.— a bewitching Japanese " cosy corner," which in itßelf forms an item well worthy of inspection, apart from the morils of the thousand and one other tempting 1 linoß, which form an exceedingly alluring catalogue. A grand electric light display will take place to-morrow night from 7.30 until 10 o'clock. And, bo it noted, the sale is to be quite unreserved. Pork sausages, 6d per lb, made from grain-fed pork ; order early. Wardell Bros, and Co., 51, Willis-street.— Advt.
