ACTIVITY OP THE YOUNG TURKEY PARTY. GREECE PREPARING POR EMERGENCIES. [PBEB3 ASSOCIATION.] Constantinople, 7th December. The Young Turkish movement is extending, despite the constant arrests of members of the Party, who are punished by torture and exile. Athens, 7th December. Twelve thousand men of the Greek Reserves are being mobilised. It is believed that this step is taken owing to the menacing situation in the Balkans.
