THE CONTINENTAL DOCKERS' STRIKE.
♦ KAISER WILHELM INTERESTING HIMSELF IN IT. [PBESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received December I, 8 a.m.) Beelin, 30th November. Fully 12,000 men are now out on Btrike at Hamburg, and about 100 vessels are lying idle. The dockmen at Stockholm are co-opera-ting with the Hamburg strikers. The strike has attracted the personal attention of the Emperor Wilhelm, who has obtained detailed reports on the subject. (Received December 1, 10.12 a.m.) Pabis. 30th November. French merchants propose, to take advantage of the German dock strike as an opportunity to divert trade to Marseilles.
