TEE GENERAL ELECTION. [press association.] Haweba, This Day. The Premier speaks here and at Elthain to-morrow evening. Mr. Warburton's address to the electors tppaars in another column. Notices for Mr. Atkinson's committee meetings to-morrow are advertised. A meeting of Mr. Hislop's Petone committee is convened for Wednesday evening. Mr. Atkinson will speak on Wednesday evening at Mr. Craig's shop, Aro-street, and on Thursday evening at the Theatre Royal and at the Choral Hall. Mr. "Wilford's combined Kilbirnie committee will meet at Heginbotham's Hall this evening. Mr. H. A. Field addressed the electors at Ohau on Saturday evening. The sohoolhouse was packed to the doors. Mr. Drako, sen., occupied the chair. A hearty vote of thanks and confidence was passed, there toeing about six voices against it.
