SHORT-SIGHTED PRISONERS.
♦ SEVERELY INJURED BY THEIR OWN ACT. [press association.] (Received November 30, 11 a.m.) Perth, This Day. Two prisoners at Roeburn were chained to a tree, and in revenge they set fire to tho grass around them, with the result that they were both severely burned before they could be released. They are now in a critical condition. *
