The Cycling events will be held under the Rules of the N.Z.C.A. and N.Z.C.U. The permission of those bodies has been obtained to hold the contests under their Rules and Reguhv tions, Entries (accompanied by fee and record of previous two years' performances) for all ' events mUBt be made with the Secretary, Wellington, not later than 19th December, from whom entr^ forms may be obtained. Any competitor giving false information ad to his performances will be disqualified. No entries for the Handicap events will be received after th«t date. Any entries after the 19th for other than Handicap events wi . be subject to a penalty of 2b 6d for each event.
