Napiek, 20th November, Messrs. Nelxon Bros, received the following cablegram from their London agents io-day :—The frozen meat market is very neak. To day's quotations are—Best Can«rbury mutton, BJd; best Dunedin, 3id; Napier and North Island, 3d. The sales last week were much below the estimate. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, report for the -week ending the 20th November, 1890; — Tallow—Threre is little demand; New Zealand fine mutton tallow is worth 21s 9d per cut.; New Zealand beef tallow is worth 19s per cwt. Frozen Meat —"Wellington mutton is worth 2{d per lb. Wool—Prospects for next sales are considerably better; holder* demand higher rates.
