* ABANDONMENT OF THE SCHEME. At the meeting of the Harbour Board today it was decided to inform the Premier that, in view of an adverse expression of opinion by His Excellency the Governor, the* Board withdrew the request that its communication regarding a graving dock should be sent to the Admiralty. ,
