| PB«88 ASSOCIATION. I London, 3rd May. Mr. Chamberlain, Seoretary of State for the Colonies, speaking at Birmingham, dedared that the Government, so far as bo was concerned, would not yield any vital point on the Voluntary Schools Bill. It was certain, he said, that the measure would improveand popularise the education system.
