Kilbirnie hit up tbe required 17 runs for the loss of i wickets, Greenfiold contributing 7, and Chapman 4, not out. Greonfield, 5 for 19, C, M'Carthy, 1 for 1, and Chapman, 11 overs 3 runs 4 wiokots were the bowlers for the winners, whose fielding was very good, no extras boing allowed by them in either innings. Spiers, 1 for 7, and Lowe, 3 for 1, bowled best for Karori. Messrs. Millward and Stevens, of the Phconix Club, ably discharged the duties of umpires. The cup presented to the Cricket Association, with the pavilion olook, some fire yearß ago, by the late Mr. Edward Dixon, now becomes the property of the Kilbirnie Crjoket Clnb, who havo won it three times (twice in snocession).
