WRANGLING OVER THE WAR VOTES.
| PRESS ASSOCIATION. | (Received Maroh 14, 11 a.m.) London, 13th Maroh. A small band of Radicals and Irish members obstructed the Army Estimates all night, and the closure had to be frequently applied. Mr. Chamberlain made a spirited defenoe of tho Ashanti expedition. The Irish members wrangled over the Navy Estimates until 5 o'olook in the morning.
