[BT TILBQRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Christchubch, 12th Maroh. At the Fire Brigade competitions in Lancaster Park, the Ladder Besouq Competition resulted aa follows : — Lieutenant Mnlville and Foreman Rugg, Knraara, 1 ■ Ashbnrton, 2 ; Greymouth, 3. Dnnedin, Greytown, and New Plymouth were disqualified. IMasterton Muniaipal (Engineer Braggina and Pireman Mercer) finished fourth, 2 l-saeo behind the winners, whose time was 26 2-saeo. This Day. This morning the weather is lovely. Hoie and Manual Engine Competition, for five Men. — Christohuroh, 3min 9aeo. 1 ; Rangiora, 3min 29seo, 2 ; Aahburton, 3min 40 2-saeo, 3 ; Hokitika (penalised 2seo). 3min 40 2-sseo, 4. Woodyille and Christohnroh were under a disqualification, which will be considered this evening.
