The district of Janina, in Albania, is in a disturbed state, and the Turkish troops have been compelled to retire from Bcrat, a. town of about 10,000 inhabitants, Borne 30 miles from the Adriatic coast. The Albanians expeot the help of Montenegro in their rising.
