| BY TBIiKSBAPH.— PBBSB ABSOOIATIOK. | AvcKhkVo, 12th March. An aooident of a serious nature befel the Hon. W. Jennings, M.L.C., yesterday afternoon at Waitekauri. He was riding along the road, when his hat blew off. Mr. Jonnings, watohing his hat, did not notioe a sharp bend in the road, round whioh his horse shot, and flung the rider off on his side on the road. He fell heavily, and had two of his ribs broken, besides injuring his shoulder and arm. Napisr, 12th Matoh. A boy named Martin, son of a fisherman, fell off the Porb Ahuriri bridge while walking along the top rail, and was drowned.
