. + [PEKBB ASSOCIATION] London, 30th November. The Anglo-French negotiations with regard to the Mekong " buffer State" question are still at a deadlook. It is reported that the Chinese bave dislodged a Frenob force from Kiang-hung, which was recently ceded.
