— ♦ STARVING AKMFNIANS. INTERFERENCE OF THE PALACE CLIQUE. [press association.] Constantinople 30th November. The Kurds have killed 200 people at Jus talon, in the Van district. News has been received that 150,000 Armenians are starving in the province of Anatolia, Western Asia Minor The Palaoe clique has overruled the advioe of the Porte to concede Austria and Germanyadditional gunboats in the Bosjjhorus, but supports the remainder of the demands of the Powers.
