THE SULTAN'S GOOD INTENTIONS. I PRESS ASSOCIATION. 1 London, 21st November. It is repotted that the Sultan of Turkey has offered, after effecting the promised reforms, to visit the London and Enropean capitals to arrange for the better government of his Empire. Constantinople, 22ud November. The Sultan bas rebuked the Governor of Anatolia for tolerating the disorders in that province, and baa warned him that he will be held rejponsible for any recurrence of the tronblo The Government is disposed to refuse the request of the Powers for the admission of additional gunboats to the Bosphorus.
