Mrs. Martin Maley had been rubbing her 18 months-old boy with painkiller, and set the bottle down. The child picked it up, and, going to the cradle, poured its contents into the mouth of a seven-weeks-old infant, causing spasms and inflammation of the lungs, from which the child died.
