MONEY to Lend, in sums of not less than i»25, and not more to any one applicant than .£2500, on the security of tho first mortgage of lands in New Zealand not being urban or suburban, and consisting of freehold landa or certain Crown leaseholds. The value of the security for a loan iB what the property may be estimated to fetch at auction, and no loan can exceed half suoh value on a leasehold interest, or threefifths of such value on a freehold. Interest, 5 per cent, per annum, payable half-yearly, with 1 per cent, per annum in repayment of the loan. The borrower may at any time wholly repay the amount owing of tho loan, or partly, in sums of .£5 or of a multiple of £5.
