News has been reoeived that General Voyron's brigade captured Andiiba with little resistance, after a sharp artillery fire. A flying oolumn ia making preparations to dash on the capital. (Reoeived Augnst 28, 11.30 a.m.) London, 27th August. The Frenoh armed 10,000 Sakalavaa, the hereditary enemies of the Hovas, and sent them on in front of tbe main advanoe. These alließ carried their raids quite beyond the control of the commander, and massaored 400 women and ohildren at Maroyoao. Letters from war correspondents indio&te that the Malagasy Government is completely disorganised, and unable to offer any effective resistance. There is no obstacle in the way of the French exoept that presented by tbe olimat c The Times correspondent says the Queen and Court of Madagascar expeoting an over, whelming defeat devote the greater portion of eaoh day to reckless gambling and wild follies. Many have lost everything they possessed.
