DALY'S ELECTION DECLAEED INEFFECTIVE. fPEIBBf PEIBB ASSOCIATION ] London, 21st August. On the motion of the Government, the House of Commons by a majority of 182 has decided that Daly, the dynamiter, who was returned for Limerick City, is incapable of sitting for that constituency in the House of Commons. „ Mr : W. Kenny, Q.C., has beon appointed Solicitor-General for Ireland. Mr. E. W. Byrne, Q.C., will probably be Solicitor-General for Kngland. (Beoeivod August 22, 10 15 a.m.) London, 21st Angust. Mr. J. W. Lowther has beon eleoted Chairman of Committees of the House of Commons.
