Panling and Swindley are unable to play against Canterbury. This will weaken the front rank of the Wellington forward division considerably. M'Lean and M' Anally will fill the vacancies. Ihe majority of the players are leaving by the Wakatipn tonight. Several members of tho Management and Selection Committees will be present at the match. The disposal of Mr. W. J. Raven's trophy for the best all-round player in the Petone School football team, was decided yesterday by a ballot of the team, whioh resulted in favour of Master M Sharp. The referees for the Junior Eugby Union matohes next Saturday will be as follows : — Senior Cup— Empire v. Brooklyn, at Island Bay, Mr. M. Dixon. Junior Cup-Koro Koro v.
