A FREEZING RECEPTION BY THE PUBLIC.
I Special,— Reoeived Angnat 14, 10.45 a.m.J Sofia, 13th August. Prince Ferdinand arrived at Sofia alqne. The streets were decorated and lined by the garrison. The Foreign Consuls were absent. The municipal authorities presented an address declaring their devotion and loyalty. The populace took no notice of tha Prince, and the soldiers alone cheered.
