It is proposed to pay a 7 per cent, dividend, 3 per oent. bonus on goods' purchased, 10 'per cent, refund on commissions charged, and 3 per oent 'bonus on Balariea of the staff. It is proposed to transfer .£2OOO to the reserve fund and redu&e the -good- will aooount. The direotors report that the year has been a trying one for farmers, but regard the coming year as more hopeful; ' ,
