The Fayona and Brilliant minou, at Waihi, whioh comprise 200 aores on the north-east boundary of the Waihi-Silverton Extended mine, have, it is stated, been floated on the London market, through the agonoy of Sir Johns Vogol A private cablegram was roceived on Saturday stating tbat tho properties have been floated as one, and the basis is that the new company is to supply .£45,000 working capital. The company is to have a capital stock of 150,000 Bhares. (Received August 6, 10.55 a.m.) London, sth August. The shares in the Taitapu Gold Katstea Company are being allotted.
