There are buyers of Talisman shares at 12a 3d, and of Woodstock at 30s. The Albnrnia Company's shareholders rejoqted the proposed amalgamation with adjoining companies by 25,585 to 18,('39, on the ground that tho terms were not favourable to the Albnrnia.
