CHRISTIANS MASSACRED IN CHINA.
Fpbebs association.! Shanghai, 3rd August. Reports have reached here of a great massacre of Christians at Kuoheng. London, 4th August. Boports from Fooehow show that among the Christians massacred in Kuohong were fire female missionaries, who were first outraged. The United States Consul in Shanghai confirms the report, and alleges that Chinese officials connived at the outrage. (Received August 5, 10.35 a.m.) SnANOHir, 4th August. Fonr female English missionaries and one Amerioan were massacred at Kuoheng. Besides those, many other foreigners were killed or wounded, including children.
