MINNIE DEAN ALLOWED TO APPEAL.
After considerable deliberation and careful reading of the Hall and Makin cases, the Attornoy General has deoided to allow the right of appeal on tho law points raisod in the case of Minnie Dean, convicted of ohild murder at Invoroargill. Sir Patrick Buokley auggoßts an immediate sitting of the Appeal Court to dotounine the cose.
