Altogether the enclosed analysis and recent examination of your Waterloo Ronnd Cake fully confirms me in the high oninion whioh I have expressed in years past of the feeding value of those oakes. During the last five years I have made many analysis of samples of your oake, sent to me by oonsumers, and without a single eioeption, I have found all the samples of the same exoellent quality as that of the oake whioh you sent me for analysis a few days ago, and I am satisfied that you make the Waterloo Round Cakes always from the same kind of feeding materials of the best quality, and employ them in the same proportions.
