Mr Mitcholson, iti seconding tho motion, spoke a for/ words of tributo to tho deceased gentleman. Sir Kobort Stout spoko. of tho valnc in which the lato Mr. Hart'n legil opinion* woro hold, and said his life was an upright ono, against whioh no ono could cast a slur. Dr. Newman said tho late Mr. Hart wnsa Bincoro personal friend of his own. His death severed a link with tho past, in that ho waa tho only gentleman left in eitbor Honso who had boon a member of Parliament 40 years ago. One of his last administrative acts was to got off a sick bod in order to voto for the enfranchisement of women. The motion was agreod to and the House then rose.
