I UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. I Tangier, 17th August. The Sultan of Morocco has recovered. The revolt of the Kabylos has been suppressed. Tho Govornor of Casablanca, refused to pay any attention to the protests of the British and Banish Consuls trho were stripped of their clothing by Moors.
