Canterbury mutton, 4d ; Wellington mutton, 3£d ; New Zealand beef, fore-quarters, 4J; do., hind-quarters, 3Jd ; lamb, prime New Zealand, per carcase, 4Jd. Tallow— Market quiet ; prioeß unchanged. Fine mutton, 26s per cwt. ; good beef, 24s 9d per cwt. Hemp —Medium, .£l6 per ton. Wheat-New Zealand average, 25s 6d per 4961b; do., long-berried, 26a 6d per 4961bs ; do., f.a.q., to arrive, c.i.f , 22s 6d per 4801b. Butter (quotation 18th May)— New Zealand, 84a to to 86s perc^vt. Tho s.B. Taluno left Sydney at 3 p.m. on Saturday for Wellington, and may be looked for on Wednesday.
