UNITKD PKKSb ASSOCIATION. I (Received June 23, 10.45 a.m.) St. Petersburg, 22nd June. A mine has been discovered on the railway line between Orol and Vitebsk, which it is supposed was intended to demolish the Imperial train going to the army manoeuvres.
