THE PARNELL MEMORIAL. TO THE EDITOR.
Sib— Some time ago thore appeared in the looal proas a considerable amount of correspondence over the non - publication of a balance-sheet of the Parnell Memorial Fund. I think the correspondence dropped with the understanding that the President of the fund (Mr. M' Gill) or some other prominent member of the Committee would see to its publication after it had been duly audited. Will you please say if it was ever published ? My reason for referring again to the subject is because within the last few days some • very interesting facts, especially from a subscribers' point of view, have come into my possession, and in the absence of a published balance-sheet I shall oonsidor it my duty to make them known. I am, &c, Interested.
