ANOTHER PARAGUAY COLONY.
♦ GENERAL BOOTH TBIE3 HIS HAND. 1 UNITED PBEBS ASSOCIATION. I London, 7th April. Owing to Western Anstralia making no response to the Salvation Army's proposal to establish an over-sea colony there, General Booth now contemplates setting one up in Paraguay, from the Government of which country, it is said, he has received encouragement.
