| BP&CIAL.j (Received April 9, 11 a.m.) Buda-Pesth, Bth April. Owing to the exclusion of reporters from the lobbies of the Houses of Parliament, the press in the city has boycotted the proceedings of the Assembly, and declined to publish reports of the speeches of meralers.
