The Minister of Landa, who arrived last night from Westport, received a deputation this morning from tho Inangahua County Council, who desired Government assistance in the maintenance of the main road and the renewal of bridges. Mr M'Kenzie said he recognised this road as one of tho principal links in communication, and would advanco the County .£6OO out of next year's vote.
