IBt Telegbaph. , (Our Own Correspondent. J Mastebton, This Dat. A writ claiming .£4O damages has been served on the Wairarapa Caledonian Society by Mr. and Mrs. M'Kay, of Upper Plain. Mrs. M'Kay alleges that through tho neglect of the Society the temporary stand erocted on the Park Oval on New Year's Day oollapsed, resulting in her sustaining a fracture of the leg. Mr. Jackson is retained for the plaintiff and Mr. Pownall for the defenoe.
