I UNITED PREPS ASSOCIATION I (Received December 29, 11 30 a.m.) BitisßANK, This Day. At a Wesleyan picnic at Croydon, a large number of children were poisoned from some unknown canse. Twenty-three required medical treatment, but are now out of dnnger.
